How to unlock the Outlast Trials Backpack amp
Reach Therapy Level 40, open the amps menu with Dorris Ritter in the Sleep Room cafeteria and pay 2 vouchers. Dorris opens the amps menu once you reach Therapy Level 10. The vouchers guide lists how many vouchers each Therapy Level pays, and the Relapse guide explains how a permanent token keeps an amp after a Relapse resets your upgrades.
