The Outlast Trials Amps
All amps →Outlast Trials amps are permanent upgrades you buy from Dorris with vouchers: 27 of them across tool, skill and medicine, and you can equip one per group. Every amp below lists its unlock level and effect; pick one for the full page.
The Outlast Trials Rigs
All rigs →Outlast Trials rigs are the reusable tools you carry into a trial: Stun, Blind, Heal, X-Ray, Barricade and Jammer. Each has eight levels, bought from Cornelius Noakes for 2 vouchers a level. Pick a rig for its base stats and every upgrade.

All updates →- 2026-10-06 Chemical Leak ended. Season 7.1 (version 1.64) ran from 8 September to 6 October 2026 and ended at 10 AM Eastern. Its guide stays up as a record.
- 2026-10-06 Wiki launched. All 27 amps, all 6 rigs, six enemies, amp and rig tier lists, a loadout builder and 11 guides are live, last checked 6 October 2026.
- 2026-10-21 Program Geister returns (scheduled). The yearly Halloween event returns with Invasion Experimental Therapy. Season 8 brings a new Prime Asset and a new trial environment. This entry is a schedule, not a patch note; details will be added after release.
