How the Kress Twins fight in The Outlast Trials
Otto and Arora are conjoined twins, with Arora attached to Otto's back, and they face different directions, which makes sneaking up on them hard. Arora throws vials of toxic chemicals that burn and nauseate Reagents, which gives Otto an opening to close in with his golden buzzsaw.
Nausea and the Kress traps
Otto and Arora's nausea traps replace hanging sound traps: when triggered you are poisoned for 5 seconds and cannot use hiding spots, then you vomit for about 2.5 seconds and lose half your health. An antidote or the Heal rig with Detox prevents the vomiting. The Kress Twins variator can add the pair to any trial; see the variators guide.
Outlast Trials Kress Twins loadout picks
To plan around the Kress Twins, start from the enemies hub and the Ex-Pop page, then pick a rig from the rig tier list and try it in the loadout builder. The best loadout guide has full sets, and the variators guide shows how a trial can change who hunts you.
