Outlast Trials Skinner Man
The Outlast Trials Skinner Man is a phantom enemy that appears only when you are suffering from Psychosis, a projection of Dr. Easterman that hunts one Reagent at a time.

What triggers the Skinner Man in The Outlast Trials
He appears only if you lose all your sanity and enter Psychosis. Sanity is lost when the Pusher drugs you, when you set off psychosis mines, rigged doors or containers, or when you fail at lock picking. If you only inhale a little gas he will taunt you from doorways and hiding spots without doing damage.
How the Skinner Man attacks
Under full Psychosis he rises from the floor nearby and always knows where you are, so you cannot hide from him. He does not strike you; he drains your life with an area aura when you are close. Bricks, bottles and Stun rigs do nothing, and he walks through barricaded doors and Blind rigs. He cannot follow you through the shuttles.
How to stop the Skinner Man
Take an antidote or outlast the Psychosis and he sinks back into the floor. The Antitoxin amp halves the length of Psychosis, the Heal rig cures it once it has the Detox upgrade, and the Key Master amp removes failed lockpicking as a sanity cost.

- No. Each Reagent sees him independently, so teammates cannot see him from each other's view, and he can haunt several players at once.

- No. The Hide and Heal amp does not activate while you take damage from Skinner Man contact.
