How are the vouchers counted?

Each amp costs 2 vouchers and each rig level costs 2 vouchers, so a rig at level 8 costs 16. The planner compares that with the vouchers earned by your Therapy Level, which it sums from the per-level rewards listed in the vouchers guide.

How the Outlast Trials loadout builder counts

Amps unlock by Therapy Level: the tool group at 10, 25 and 40, the skill group at 15, 30 and 45 and the medicine group at 20, 35 and 50. The set's required level is the highest of your picks. Every amp costs 2 vouchers and every rig level costs 2, so the vouchers guide covers how many you have earned by any level.
